Important Condition-Based Refund Principle

At Avgova Solutions, all refunds and return authorizations are calculated strictly according to the physical condition and inspection status of the returned items. Because physical books and customized hardware tablets have distinct hygiene, re-flashing, and restocking requirements, please review the condition tiers below before requesting a return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. File Request within 7 Days: Email store-support@avgova.com with your Order ID (AVG-ORD-...) and clear high-resolution photos/videos of the items.
  2. Receive Return Authorization (RMA): Our support team will issue an RMA packing slip within 24 hours.
  3. Shipment Inspection: Send the package to the Avgova Technical Lab in Bengaluru. Our engineering team conducts a 5-point hardware/material audit within 3 business days of delivery.
  4. Refund Credit: Verified refund amount is credited directly back to your original source account within 5 to 7 working days.

3. General Terms & Conditions

3.1 Domain Specificity: Materials and tablet software images are prepared exclusively for the registered student's enrolled program. Re-distribution or resale of proprietary material is prohibited.

3.2 Delivery Timelines: Standard air transit takes 3 to 5 business days across Indian cities.

3.3 Hardware Warranty: The Avgova Learning Tablet carries a 1-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects.
